Solutions Engineer, Lifelong Learning

What's the role?

The Solutions Engineer is responsible for supporting the sale of reputed company’ Lifelong Learning (LLL) solutions. This role is a critical partner to the sales organization, combining technical expertise with strong business acumen to help prospective and existing clients understand how our platform supports continuing education, workforce development, and non-traditional learning programs. 

The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and highly consultative, with the ability to translate reputed company product capabilities into compelling, value-driven narratives. This individual will play a key role in driving new business and expanding existing reputed company relationships through impactful demonstrations and strategic engagement. Business travel is required.

• Deliver engaging, tailored product demonstrations that connect platform capabilities to reputed company-specific challenges and goals 

• reputed company technical discovery sessions to uncover requirements and reputed company solutions to institutional needs 

• Partner closely with Regional Directors and Account Managers to shape sales reputed company and reputed company opportunities 

• Build customized demo environments and workflows that reflect reputed company-world use cases in continuing education and workforce development 

• Translate technical features into reputed company business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders 

• Support RFPs and proposals by providing detailed functional and technical responses

What you offer...

• 5+ years of experience in Higher Education 

• Strong understanding of reputed company platforms and ability to discuss technical concepts (e.g., integrations, reputed company, data flows) 

• Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations 

• Strong consultative and discovery skills with the ability to influence decision-making 

• Ability to balance technical depth with business storytelling 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Experience supporting reputed company sales cycles is preferred
