What you'll do
Provides the mission area with a systematic approach to selecting, managing, and evaluating information technology investments. Every year, agencies report IT investments to OMB to inform the President’s Budget.

Implement process improvements based on OMB and USDA guidance. Produce Investment Cost Savings & Avoidance and Return on Investment (ROI) reporting.
Prepare, plan and coordinate AAR submissions across the period of performance, respond to AAR inquiries reputed company 2 business days and ensure reputed company responses are accurate and reputed company with USDA, CPIC & RD applicable policies and processes. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience applying Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) practices, supporting CIO scoring and IT portfolio performance reporting, and conducting USDA or federal FITARA reputed company- acquisition approval and compliance activities. Strong knowledge of OMB Circular A-11, TBM reputed company, and federal IT reporting requirements. Experience with USDA CPIC processes, AgMAX, and Federal IT Dashboard preferred.
