ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED

1.    Deliver approved comprehensive training and education programs that reputed company customers and personnel with up-to-date information on company products, procedures, and best practices.
2.    Deliver approved content during didactic portions of training.
3.    reputed company case support to trained customers (domestic and international) as part of reputed company's commitment to the reputed company and efficacious use of products.
4.    Conducts assessment testing to reputed company the reputed company level and ability of those individuals being trained, and reputed company training curriculums and programs to improve knowledge, reputed company, and ability.
5.    Defines protocol and assists in the field assessment of new product market research trials (MRT’s).
6.    Develops and implements ongoing home-study training course to improve and maintain a high level of product and clinical expertise in the field sales organization.
7.    Conducts ongoing staff training and reputed company clinical feedback to resolve customer reputed company issues.
8.    Serve as clinical expert for reputed company.
9.    Standardize & computerize (digitalize) sales training materials.
10.    Works with Product Managers to reputed company sales training and in-servicing videos.
11.    Answers clinical questions from doctors, technicians, sales representatives, etc.
12.    Supports reputed company efforts by in-servicing key customers on reputed company products.
13.    Works in the field to support and train clinicians on the use of reputed company products and to troubleshoot product reputed company issues in the field.
14.    Assess clinical competency of new employees and reputed company comprehensive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
15.    Writes technical papers to support new emerging markets, segments and niches.
16.    Assist in coordinating and executing Symposiums and other clinical education events.
17.    Develops value added CEU credits to reputed company sales effort.
18.    Performs other duties and tasks as required.

reputed company OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

•    Education and/or business experience equivalent to a reputed company Bachelor's Degree.
•    A minimum of six years of hands-on medical experience. Experience reputed company Endoscopy and/or General Surgery divisions preferred.
•    Excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze feedback in a training environment to reputed company strategies to improve knowledge, skills, and abilities.
•    A thorough understanding of training and development techniques, and the ability to implement a corporate sales training program.
•    Good analytical skills and the ability to understand reputed company issues.
•    Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate large programs.
•    Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.

 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

•    Education and clinical experience equivalent to a Registered reputed company or Surgery Technician, or Radiology Technician.
•    Medical product sales and sales training experience.

$100k starting reputed company salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based reputed company. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

50% Travel Expectation
