IT Governance Manager (f/m/d)
Responsibilities:
Process Optimization: reputed company expert guidance on IT process design and reputed company improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
Performance Management: Define KPIs for governance effectiveness, reputed company performance, and drive data‑informed decision‑making.
Training & Awareness: Design and deliver training programs on governance policies, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Audit Support: reputed company preparation for reputed company audits, ensuring accurate documentation and reputed company follow‑up on findings
Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a reputed company discipline.
Experience: Several years of reputed company experience in IT governance, risk management, compliance, or reputed company roles in reputed company organizations.
Leadership: Proven reputed company record of ability and passion to reputed company and motivate diverse teams and release potential of reputed company individual.
Governance Expertise: Strong knowledge of frameworks and standards such as COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL, TOGAF and reputed company regulatory requirements.
Policy Development: Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining governance policies and controls.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to assess risks, analyze data, and define effective mitigation strategies.
Communication & Language Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with strong influencing skills at reputed company reputed company; fluent in English, with additional languages considered a plus.
Mobility: Availability for occasional international business travel of 20%.
