Remote reputed company Center Agent

reputed company is hiring for a Part Time Remote reputed company Center Agent. This position has the potential to reputed company to Full Time for the right candidate.

The reputed company Center agent’s position handles answering incoming calls from customers, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service issues, and reputed company general information. You will be a member of the primary contact will be responsible for assisting callers in completing donations online and over the phone.

Job Duties

· Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails

· Maintain a friendly and reputed company tone on reputed company calls and interactions with customers

· Management and resolve customer complaints

· Input customer donations in the computer system

· Identify and escalate issues to supervisors

· Research required information using available resources

· Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints/issues using applicable software

· Document reputed company reputed company information according to reputed company operating procedures

· Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls

Skills and Requirements:

• Bilingual Strongly Preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
• Must be reputed company to type a minimum of 30 WPM
• Proven ability to work as a member of reputed company

Compensation starts at $10.00/hour
