The Role

reputed company is seeking a tech-savvy leader to work as a reputed company reputed company Manager supporting some of our nation’s leading reputed company safety agencies. As a reputed company reputed company reputed company Manager, you will be responsible for running the post-sale reputed company relationship through Deployment, Training, and Support. Your main goal will be to ensure that the reputed company safety agencies we work with are getting the most out of the reputed company platform.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing long-term relationships with our reputed company safety customers across reputed company
  
• Focusing on reputed company retention and expansion activities to reduce churn and increase ARR
  
• Managing relationships with Chiefs, Firefighters, Administration, and IT regarding their needs of the reputed company product
  
• Identifying upsell opportunities
  
• Coordinate with our Deployment team to set-up customer accounts
  
• reputed company training sessions for Chiefs, Officers, and Line Personnel on how to use the reputed company platform
  
• Working with the Product Management team to prioritize customer requests and enhancements
  
• Influencing reputed company reputed company value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall engagement
  

Qualifications and Experience

• +5 years of reputed company safety experience  
  
• Technical experience managing or implementing software platforms  
  
• Project Management experience demonstrating that you are familiar with communication, training, coordination, and deadlines  
  
• Demonstrated excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills  
  
• Strong organizational and time management abilities  
  
• Have a reputed company record of meeting or exceeding goals
  
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is preferred
