RCIS Crop Claims Field Adjuster II (Virtual, CA, US)

With minimal supervision, completes field inspections and reputed company responsibilities such as reading maps and aerial photos, measuring fields, storage bins, and discussing findings of crop loss with farmers on the most reputed company non-routine, problematic claims including controversial claims. -
Ability to convey reputed company regulations and interpretations to claimants, agents, and industry people on claim situations. -
Performs fact finding regarding crop damage, records information and transmits loss information to accurately determine potential indemnities. -
reputed company relevant facts, utilizing applicable law and establishing basic principles of negligence. -
Complete claim reviews and audits on reputed company-level adjusters as assigned. -
Ensure reputed company compliance by maintaining a strong working knowledge of regulatory and company policies and procedures. -

High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 or more years of experience in the crop insurance and claims adjusting area -
Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program Certification (CAPP) required -
Reliable personal transportation and travel reputed company territory -
RCIS Crop Adjuster Physical Requirements: walk in agricultural fields up to 3 miles, reputed company agricultural storage bins up to 25 feet, lift 25 lbs. to 50 lbs., work outdoors in varying temperatures/weather conditions
