Recruiter – Manufacturing & Skilled Labor (Virtual, W2 Contract)

We are seeking two Recruiters to support our reputed company in the manufacturing industry. This is a fully virtual, W2 contract, reputed company to the reputed company, Mountain and Central time zones (must be willing to work across reputed company 3 time zones).  As a reputed company Manufacturing Recruiter, you will be responsible for full life-cycle reputed company across 12 locations, supporting approximately 75 manufacturing openings.

Required

• 3+ years of full life-cycle reputed company experience for skilled trades manufacturing positions.   
• Proven ability to manage high requisition loads of at least 50–75+ positions.
• Experience reputed company across 12 or more locations at one time.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in the across reputed company, Mountain and Central time zones.
• Resilient, reputed company, and comfortable in a high‑pressure environment
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
