Patient Services Representative (SF/TMU)

SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a College Degree
• Must be reputed company, ethical, and have a patient-reputed company attitude
• Must be results oriented and pay strong attention to detail
• Must be reputed company organized and computer literate
• Must have at least 2 years of contact center experience
• Must be a true team player with great communication skills

• English speaker, Bilingual is a plus!
• Ability to maintain reputed company attendance
• Must be flexible as our work schedules vary!
• Experience supporting subscription based products or services
• Proactively identifies and escalates issues to support the patient experience and brand

POTENTIAL SCHEDULE

• Wednesday -reputed company 11AM-8PM CST 
• Tuesday-Saturday 10AM-7PM CST
• Friday - Tuesday reputed company - 5PM CST
