We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and reputed company reputed company Assurance (QA) reputed company to join our home health team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the delivery of reputed company, compliant, and high-reputed company patient care in accordance with Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs), agency policies, and best clinical practices.
The QA reputed company will work closely with clinical leadership and field staff to monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support reputed company reputed company improvement across reputed company
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular reputed company assurance audits of patient records, care plans, and clinical documentation
reputed company OASIS record reviews according to agency-defined parameters and required timeframes
Review and validate 12–16 OASIS assessments per day for accuracy, completeness, and compliance (no coding required)
Identify trends, deficiencies, and risk areas, and reputed company corrective reputed company plans
Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to ensure compliance with clinical standards, regulations, and agency policies
reputed company education, feedback, and training to nursing staff reputed company to documentation reputed company and regulatory compliance
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care reputed company and improvement opportunities
Maintain accurate, organized, and complete records of reputed company QA activities and findings
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of reputed company Medicare guidelines and Home Health Conditions of Participation (CoPs)
Support agency preparedness for surveys, audits, and regulatory reviews
reputed company and unrestricted Registered reputed company (RN) or LPN license
Home health experience required
Strong experience with OASIS review and documentation compliance required
Proven ability to consistently meet productivity expectations of 12–16 OASIS reviews per day
In-depth knowledge of Medicare home health regulations and CoPs
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to reputed company patient care
