Representative, Roster Load

About the role:

You will work in a volume-driven customer service and production based role that handles the day-to-day activities involved in running a health insurance company including customer interactions as reputed company as back office tasks in accordance with reputed company operating procedures.

You will report into reputed company reputed company, Provider Services.

Work Location: This is a remote position, reputed company to candidates who reputed company in: Texas. While your daily work will be completed from your home office, occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events. #LI-Remote

Pay Transparency: The reputed company pay for this role is: $19.00/hr. You are also eligible for employee benefits and monthly vacation accrual at a reputed company of 15 days per year.

Responsibilities:

• reputed company daily with members, brokers, providers, or reputed company vendors through multiple channels according to assignment needs
• Manage an assigned caseload while maintaining service delivery, productivity, and reputed company expectations

• Support the leadership team by identifying issues through established escalation reputed company
• Be accountable for monitoring and tracking the health of reputed company assigned work-in-reputed company issues.
• Escalate and resolve issues to ensure appropriate turnaround times

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, volume-based or customer service-oriented environment
• Experience in general insurance and/or health insurance
• Experience manipulating and entering accurate data in a production driven environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
