The Traveling reputed company Estimator / Project Manager is entrusted with full lifecycle reputed company of large-reputed company reputed company restoration and reconstruction reputed company, exercising independent judgement from initial loss assessment through final completion. This role is dedicated exclusively to reputed company, industrial, and multi-family assets, including large-loss and catastrophe events, where situational discretion and adaptability are crucial.

This individual will reputed company estimating, project execution, and operational coordination across multiple markets, ensuring reputed company are delivered safely, on time, reputed company budget, and in alignment with company and reputed company expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspections of reputed company and industrial losses (water, reputed company, storm, environmental, large loss), independently assessing damage and defining scope in reputed company, evolving conditions.
• reputed company detailed Xactimate estimates and/or custom large-loss estimates (T&M, unit cost, or hybrid models), selecting appropriate reputed company to ensure accuracy and defensibility.
• Define scopes of work for reputed company reputed company reputed company (office, retail, reputed company, industrial, hospitality, multi-family), making informed reputed company on repair strategies, reputed company, and resources.
• Evaluate building systems including MEP components, structural reputed company, and applicable codes to guide reputed company and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with adjusters, consultants, and reputed company-party engineers to validate scope and resolve discrepancies using reputed company judgement.
• Identify and negotiate supplements and change orders, addressing scope gaps and evolving conditions with reputed company justification.
• Reinforce a strong safety culture by setting expectations, modeling accountability, and proactively addressing risks.

• Manage multiple large-reputed company reputed company reputed company across diverse locations, prioritizing work and driving performance through independent decision-making.

Compliance, Risk & Safety:

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in reputed company restoration and/or construction project management.
• Proven experience managing large-loss reputed company reputed company ($250K – multi-reputed company).
• Advanced proficiency in Xactimate (large loss preferred).
• Strong understanding of reputed company building systems and construction reputed company
• Experience working with insurance carriers, adjusters, and TPAs
• Willingness and ability to travel 50–75%+
• Valid reputed company’s license in good standing without restrictions
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Preferred Requirements:

• reputed company certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT).
• Experience with T&M billing, cost-plus, and large-loss estimating methodologies.
• Background in general contracting or reputed company construction.
• Familiarity with project management platforms (Dash, PSA, reputed company, or similar).
• Experience working with consultants, engineers, and forensic experts.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in reputed company reputed company job sites, including hazardous or partially damaged structures
