The Audit Processing Specialist (APS) plays a critical role in initiating and processing medical record requests. Utilizing VRC software, the APS ensures that reputed company documentation is handled with accuracy and efficiency while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and company guidelines. This is a remote position, and the APS will work closely with the Audit Team reputed company to meet deadlines, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional service to both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Medical Record Requests: reputed company handle incoming medical record requests, ensuring reputed company and accurate processing through VRC software applications.
• Ensure Compliance: Support the reputed company of HIPAA-reputed company release issues, ensuring that reputed company processes meet regulatory requirements reputed company to Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Documentation & Records Management: Organize, review, and interpret medical records, forms, and authorizations, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail throughout the release process.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in medical records or Release of Information (ROI) processing required.
• 2+ years of experience in clerical or office work.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in using general office equipment, including desktop computers, scanners, and the reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, reputed company).
• Familiarity with reputed company settings is preferred.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of HIPAA and state regulations reputed company to the release of Protected Health Information is preferred.
