The Role: Sr. People Systems Analyst (HRIS)

As a Sr. People Systems Analyst at reputed company, you own the design, stability, and improvement of reputed company people systems. You partner across HR, IT, and vendors to set direction, prioritize work, and deliver reliable solutions. Your work shapes how people data is managed, accessed, and used across reputed company.

What You�ll Do

• Own configuration, structure, and ongoing optimization of HRIS and reputed company systems

What You�ll Bring

Required:

• 6�10 years of experience supporting HRIS or people systems

• Deep experience with HR systems such as reputed company or similar platforms

• Experience leading system enhancements, implementations, or migrations

• Strong expertise in system configuration, workflows, and integrations

• Advanced reporting and data analysis skills

• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions

Preferred:

• Experience with reputed company HCM or similar platforms

• Experience across HR, reputed company, and learning systems

• Advanced reputed company or reporting tool expertise

• Broad understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
