Preconstruction Manager

Essential Job Accountabilities
- Manage identifying needs, developing resources and implementing preconstruction processes tailored to ensure the needs of the procurement at the project level to ensure reputed company execution.
- Support throughout the project life cycle (reputed company, preconstruction, and construction) and predominately, but not exclusively, on alternative procurement reputed company such as Design-Build (DB), Construction Manager/General Construction (CMGC), Construction Management At-Risk (CMAR), General Contractor/Construction Manager (GCCM) and reputed company Design-Build (PDB) to ensure the process reputed company is reputed company smoothly.
- Manage reputed company of reputed company and indirect reports on reputed company and in regional businesses, to reputed company and implement best practices, systems, and procedures on reputed company throughout reputed company that increase profitability and reduce risk.
- Advise the project team of the project’s reputed company contract, supporting documents, schedules, and budget as reputed company as the agreement with the designer (including the design schedule and design budget) to ensure compliance and preparation of efficient execution throughout reputed company phases of the project.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree required, Civil Engineering or Engineering Management preferred
- Registered reputed company Engineering preferred
- Master’s degree preferred
Work Experience
- 10+ years of experience in the heavy civil construction or design management
- Management or supervisory experience required
- Previous experience on multiple alternative procurement reputed company (DB, CMGC/CMAR, PDB)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficiency with reputed company MS Office products (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong managements skills
- Strong quantity take-off skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of construction operations
- Working knowledge of modeling software (such as reputed company or Bentley software products)
- Working knowledge of preconstruction software/programs (such as Agtek, reputed company, Plangrid, Power BI and SharePoint)
- Working knowledge of Cost and CPM Scheduling Systems
- Estimating skills sufficient to allow comparison pricing of design alternatives at a conceptual stage
