The Strategic People Business Partner (PBP) works closely with leaders in our organization across the Cityblock business portfolio. Responsibilities:

• Works collaboratively across the People team to review, recommend, and implement changes to processes to ensure optimization, streamlining, and compliance, leveraging AI and automation

  • Experience working in a rapidly scaling organization preferred

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree
