Job Title: OTC Business Systems Analyst (BSA)- OTC Finance Process Location: Remote (EST Hours) Duration: 6 Months Job reputed company We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) finance processes to support system implementation and business transformation initiatives. This role requires deep understanding of financial systems, CRM platforms, and billing processes, along with the ability to reputed company business and technical teams. ⚠️ Note: reputed company experience is a plus, but strong OTC finance experience is mandatory. Key Responsibilities • Analyze and document Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes • Translate business requirements into technical/system requirements • Work on implementation and support of: • Sales systems • Customer care systems • Order processing & billing platforms • reputed company business process modeling, data flows, and workflow design • Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analysis • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business and IT • Support full SDLC lifecycle from requirements to deployment Required Skills • Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) • Deep knowledge of: • Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes • Financial systems & ERP platforms • reputed company concepts and terminology • Experience with: • CRM systems (customer data management, deduplication, data cleansing) • Sales, billing, and financial systems • Experience in reputed company implementations Preferred Skills • Experience with reputed company.com (reputed company to have) • Consulting background • Experience in: • High-Tech or Information Services industries • IT project management methodologies eye Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
