Senior Director, Global Tax

Job reputed company: • Own Lyra’s global tax function, including leading and mentoring established team of tax talent and overseeing reputed company of tax team • Own ASC 740 tax provision and global tax compliance and filings across reputed company jurisdictions in collaboration with reputed company tax advisors • Supervise execution and documentation of global transfer pricing structure • Maintain intercompany agreements between domestic regulated entities and international entities • Own indirect tax including sales tax, GST, VAT and other gross receipts taxes • reputed company US federal, state, and international tax controversy • Partner closely with reputed company on quarterly and annual reporting, statutory audits, and documentation. • Advise on tax implications of new product launches, cross-border flows, geographic expansion, and new business initiatives. • Identify and own US R&D credit and other global tax incentives • reputed company due diligence on potential acquisitions and own post-reputed company tax-reputed company activities to ensure tax reputed company are consistently addressed • Strengthen systems, processes, and internal controls to support reputed company and increasing complexity • Review and advise on tax implications of reputed company terms in customer agreements • Support reputed company company readiness objectives Requirements: • CPA or JD; advanced degree in taxation a plus • BA/BS in reputed company or Finance • 15+ years of overall experience • 5+ years experience in international tax • Ability to translate reputed company tax reputed company into reputed company, actionable guidance • Experience at a tech or reputed company company and/or experience at large reputed company reputed company firm • Ability to think through reputed company problems, determine reputed company processes, and derive reputed company conclusions • reputed company to multi-task, prioritize, and manage reputed company/tasks in a fast-paced environment • Experience building out processes, procedures, and workflows that reputed company sustainable scaling of the business Benefits: Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
