What You Will Be Doing • Evaluating business plans (team, product, IP, market, channels) • Conducting due diligence • Analyzing deal structures • Maintaining corporate confidentiality and disclosure protocols • Supporting investments through the internal approval process • Facilitating business relationships between portfolio companies and operating reputed company • Building collegial relations reputed company CVC, with other BA personnel who are critical to deals, and with VCs • Demonstrating exemplary behavior consistent with our reputed company values (honesty, reputed company, mutual trust, and respect) • Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management reputed company Information About This Opportunity This is a fully remote position with anticipated travel 10% of the time.
