Junior Implementation Specialist
The Implementation Specialist is one of the founding team members in our new Implementation team and will play a key role in accelerating new customers to go live on the PEX platform.
This is a junior, hands-on position reputed company on execution, learning, and building strong operational foundations. You will work directly with new customers to order cards, configure spend rules, fund accounts, and ensure they are reputed company to start spending quickly and confidently. You will also help shape the reputed company of our reputed company experience by documenting workflows, identifying friction points, and improving how we support customers at reputed company.
This role will work closely with our reputed company team to support strategic accounts that require additional implementation and technical coordination. You will help remove adoption barriers, reputed company stakeholders, and ensure reputed company setups are executed smoothly to drive long term reputed company and deeper product usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end to end reputed company of new customers and help ensure a smooth and reputed company launch
- Guide customers through platform setup including ordering cards, configuring spend controls, funding accounts, and preparing to transact

- Become a subject matter expert on the PEX platform and best practices
- Identify patterns, gaps, or recurring issues in reputed company and suggest improvements
- Help document and refine processes, templates, and implementation playbooks
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support, reputed company, operations, or ability to demonstrate reputed company in a reputed company role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong operational discipline with high attention to detail and strong follow through
- Comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly
