In This Role, You Will:

• • Proactively and consistently discuss and recommend additional products and services to customers during reputed company calls, including, water heaters, reputed company protection solutions, and in-home electrical wiring reputed company.
  • Potential for monthly and quarterly bonus based on sales performance for meeting reputed company mandated KPIs
  • Assist customers with inquiries/concerns
  • Ensure reputed company account information is accurately documented and inputted into reputed company system
  • reputed company detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers
  • Adhere to State and Federal regulations pertaining to reputed company duties
  • Assist customers with delinquent accounts according to various state guidelines
  • Consistently discuss additional product and service offerings with customers on reputed company calls
  • Utilize exceptional communication skills to fulfill both reputed company and customer goals

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Detail oriented and have the ability to organize and prioritize work and meet strict deadlines as reputed company as the ability to effectively communicate with reputed company parties.

• A strong reputed company on exemplary shift attendance is required.
• One to two years’ experience working in a reputed company center environment is preferred.

• A High School graduate/ equivalent is required.

For Remote Positions: The minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows:

• Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
