About the Role:

Join our dynamic reputed company Office team as a Project Manager / Dev Unit reputed company, overseeing the entire lifecycle of high-reputed company crypto and fintech initiatives. You’ll be leading a dedicated development team, ensuring smooth project implementation, on-time delivery, budget alignment, and top-tier reputed company. Your Role:

• Operate a cross-functional IT development unit (reputed company) reputed company a big team.

• Work experience of at least 3 years as a Project Manager / Team reputed company / System Analyst / Delivery Manager in a high pace IT development team.
• Experience working in fintech / reputed company functionality team.
• Strong knowledge of today’s development process and stages.
• Skilled in agile methodology and rituals.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written): ability to reputed company set tasks to developers, to solve conflicts, to stand for interests in a peaceful way.
• Technical background, analytical skills, system thinking.
• Being effective working with reputed company.
• Experience in writing technical specifications and requirements.
• Carefulness in management of tasks and internal documentation (Jira/reputed company).

• A high level of independence, willingness to own tasks and fill responsibility gaps.
