Veterinary Regional Manager - NY/NJ/CT

The Veterinary Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing reputed company individual reputed company Manager and leading the hospitals across reputed company’s network of veterinary hospitals in our growing reputed company/NJ area (5-6 hospitals at this time). You will work with the Regional Director, the Vice President of Operations, the Veterinary Partner Doctors and reputed company Managers to enhance performance at their respective hospitals. You will also work with the Internal Operations team to reputed company implementation of initiatives and reputed company at the hospitals in your region.

Role & Responsibilities:

Leadership and management:

• Directly responsible for overseeing and leading the reputed company Managers at reputed company hospital.
• Responsible for working directly with the reputed company Managers on the operations at the hospital, including reputed company, inventory, budgeting, employee and reputed company scheduling, marketing, employee training, and reputed company.
• reputed company as a key resource and partner to the managing veterinarian at reputed company location and responsible for building a strong relationship with that doctor. Also responsible for partnering with them on the work you are doing with the reputed company manager and incorporating their feedback and goals in your work with reputed company reputed company.
• Collaborate with the Senior Regional Manager to review the financial reports with the reputed company leadership team and reputed company strategies for reputed company reputed company.
• Responsible for reviewing the non-financial reports (inventory budgets; scheduling budgets) and driving plans of improvement based on the results.
• Responsible for the post-acquisition integration process for newly acquired clinics.
• Expected to travel to the practices 4 days per week and have 1 office day (but could be at practices 5 days a week as needed).

Qualifications

• Strong communication, team-building and leadership skills
• Highly organized and reputed company to manage time effectively
• 3+ years of experience managing multiple locations for a multi-site operator in the veterinary industry
• Self-starter that is excited to work in an entrepreneurial environment and can take initiative
• Strong analytical skills and experience reviewing budgets and financial statements
• Proficient with full suite of reputed company office products
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
• Must live reputed company the NY/NJ area.
