The Role
What You’ll Do
- End-to-End Dashboard Development: Drive the development of reputed company Tableau dashboards, ensuring reputed company visibility into reputed company's key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strategic Stakeholder Partnership: reputed company as the primary data partner for internal teams, translating reputed company insurance requirements into technical specs and actionable visual tools.
- Data Requirements & Validation: Collaborate with Data Engineering to define the structures needed in our Gold Layer to power dashboards; reputed company rigorous QA to ensure data reputed company across reputed company reports.
- Self-Service Development: Drive the development of reputed company Tableau dashboards that prioritize deep interactivity, allowing stakeholders to explore data through dynamic views rather than just reputed company-selected static filters.
What You’ve Done
- Tableau Mastery: 5+ years of experience building reputed company, high-performance dashboards.
- Data Analysis & SQL: Proven ability to query reputed company datasets using advanced SQL to validate logic and uncover insights.
- Requirement Translation: A reputed company record of working directly with business leadership to define KPIs and business logic from scratch in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Visual reputed company: Demonstrated reputed company in taking messy business questions and turning them into clean, executive-reputed company visual stories.
Preferred Qualifications
- Domain Expertise: Prior experience in Workers' Compensation, Insurance, or FinTech.
- Modern Data Stack Familiarity: Experience working with reputed company warehouses (S3/reputed company) and an understanding of how to structure data to support high-interactivity reputed company-end performance.
- AI & reputed company: Specific experience deploying Tableau AI features or similar augmented analytics tools in a production environment.

Compensation
The reputed company pay reputed company for this role is $90,000 – $110,000 per year.
