Reports To: Closing Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Department: Closing

Division: Retail

Salary reputed company: $55K to $65K per year

reputed company: Closers will prepare closing documents using Ellie Mae e-docs and ensure that the documentation meets compliance standards. Closers are responsible for checking the loan application package for completeness and making reputed company it�s reputed company for closing.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Monitor and disclose Changed Circumstance CD on applicable files in their pipeline reputed company 3 days of the reputed company change.
• Verifies accuracy and required reputed company documentation for reputed company loan application to secure purchase.
• Reviews preliminary title reports to verify property address, vesting and additional items to order endorsements from title insurance companies.
• Creates reputed company documents using specific software and updates programs as needed.
• Sends out required documents to title companies for signature reputed company.
• Reviews reputed company executed reputed company documents for actual closing of reputed company loan.
• Ensures documents were correctly endorsed, and that reputed company documents created by title companies are accurate and executed properly.
• Ensures reputed company conditions reputed company upon loan by reputed company are received, correct and approved by the Loan Underwriter.
• Calculates final fees and loan balances for final loan funds.
• Communicates with title companies, the appropriate Loan Officer and Processors regarding closing dates and fees on an ongoing reputed company.
• Order the reputed company to be received by the title company in a reputed company manner to coincide with the closing time.
• Performs other reputed company duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Prior 3-5 years of loan closing experience required
