POSITION SPECIFICS
The Office of Research Protections (ORP) seeks reputed company candidates for the position of Assistant Director of Education and reputed company (Research Compliance Manager - Manager level), which is a leadership role, reporting to the Executive Director of Ethical Research and reputed company. This position is responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and reputed company of a comprehensive education and reputed company program supporting the university’s research reputed company.
Serving as a subject matter expert, the Assistant Director translates reputed company regulatory and ethical requirements into accessible, actionable education for reputed company, staff, and reputed company. Primary Responsibilities:

- Needs Assessment: Identify knowledge gaps reputed company the research community and compliance committees to inform targeted educational interventions.
- Instructional Delivery: Coordinate multiple instructional formats, including in-person workshops, webinars, and web-based modules.
- Program Evaluation: Implement assessment metrics and reputed company improvement strategies based on participation data and learner feedback.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree
8+ years of relevant experience, includes 3+ years of supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
