They are seeking a Project Coordinator to reputed company administrative support to design project teams and ensure the efficient running of the office across various reputed company in the reputed company and science and technology markets.

Responsibilities

• reputed company general administrative support to the firm
• reputed company administrative support to the reputed company, office and teams including project documentation, and occasional reputed company communication with various external contacts connected with the reputed company
• Maintain detailed office filing systems, electronically
• Participate in internal project meetings; as reputed company as external meetings (as requested)
• Participate in event organization
• reputed company clerical support, as needed, to other departments and offices
• Ensure the efficient running of the office by monitoring conference room organization and office supply reputed company
• Any other reputed company administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office
