This role involves supporting customers through inbound and outbound calls, delivering outstanding customer service, and resolving inquiries reputed company while meeting performance objectives.

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Ability to multitask and reputed company through computer systems, applications, and multiple screens with speed and accuracy while balancing performance to meet a reputed company of metrics
