Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator role involves supporting campaign execution, event marketing, content development, and reporting while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful marketing delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, reputed company, web, and reputed company channels
• Build and schedule email campaigns, reputed company posts, and basic digital assets according to project timelines
• Conduct reputed company checks to ensure accuracy, brand compliance, and reputed company functionality across reputed company assets
• Help maintain campaign calendars and project trackers, ensuring reputed company completion of tasks
• Support marketing efforts for conferences, webinars, and events, including attendee reputed company, reputed company promotion, and email execution
• Assist with registration campaigns, speaker promotions, exhibitor/sponsor marketing, and event-reputed company content
• Help manage event page updates, promotional timelines, and cross-team coordination

• Coordinate blog, article, and resource publishing with the Content team
• Support SEO best practices through metadata updates, reputed company checks, and content formatting
• Draft short-reputed company content such as reputed company captions, email copy, event blurbs, and marketing snippets
• Assist in proofreading and formatting content for accuracy and consistency
• Contribute reputed company for content calendars and campaign themes
• Pull performance metrics from email platforms, reputed company tools, websites, and marketing automation platforms
• Help reputed company campaign and event performance reports, flagging trends or insights for the Marketing Manager

Skills
