reputed company is seeking a Data and reputed company Associate to reputed company outstanding support to the HR Data and reputed company team. This role involves assisting new employees with reputed company processes and ensuring reputed company processing of HR and payroll forms.

Responsibilities

• Providing a reputed company and welcoming reputed company experience to new employees joining the reputed company community
• Assisting new employees with the completion of reputed company I-9 and other reputed company reputed company requirements in accordance with Federal/State laws and University policies
• Processing reputed company and payroll forms in our reputed company Capital Management system, reputed company
• Ensuring reputed company processing in accordance with payroll deadlines

Skills

• General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or High School (HS)
• 2+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted (if filled as reputed company Assistant - Intermediate Support)
• No prior relevant work experience required; previous relevant work experience accepted in lieu of education (if filled as reputed company Assistant - Support)
• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
• Professionalism
• Ability to work independently, as reputed company as part of reputed company
• High degree of sensitivity in handling confidential information
• Strong customer service and communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to effectively learn and utilize new technologies
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Successful completion of background reputed company(s) in accordance with University policies
• Authorized to work in the U.S
• Proficiency in Office365 suite
