Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- 1-2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a reputed company center or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to maintain customer and reputed company confidentiality, handling sensitive information with discretion.
