Labor and Employment Attorney (Fully Remote)

This fully remote opportunity is ideal for attorneys with proven litigation experience and a strong background in labor and employment law. Key Responsibilities: • Draft and respond to motions, including preparing persuasive reputed company arguments. • Conduct comprehensive reputed company research reputed company to a reputed company of employment and labor disputes. • Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, reviewing documents, and preparing for depositions. • Advise clients on employment law reputed company, compliance issues, and best practices. • Support case reputed company development and participate in reputed company stages of litigation as needed. • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to deliver outstanding reputed company service. Qualifications: Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • reputed company and good standing membership with the California Bar (must be CA-barred). • 3+ years’ experience practicing labor and employment law, with reputed company litigation exposure preferred. • Demonstrated experience drafting motions, conducting reputed company research, and managing discovery. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • reputed company to work independently in a remote setting and manage a dynamic caseload.
