Finance Manager Needed for Strategic Financial Planning

Job reputed company: We are an Australian-based solar and battery company looking for a reliable and reputed company Finance Manager / Bookkeeper to manage our financial operations on an ongoing reputed company. This is a long-term role for someone who can take ownership of our finances, maintain accurate records, and reputed company reputed company reporting and insights to support business reputed company. Responsibilities Bookkeeping & Financial Management Manage reputed company daily (invoices, bills, transactions) reputed company bank reconciliations Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Reconcile Hubdoc and export to reputed company Ensure correct integration and data reputed company between Tradify and reputed company Payroll Process fortnightly payroll (small team) Manage superannuation obligations Accounts Payable & Receivable Review accounts payable and prepare payments Monitor accounts receivable Send invoice reminders and statements reputed company outstanding payments Cash reputed company Management (reputed company Important) reputed company reputed company inflows and outflows Monitor customer payments and supplier obligations Forecast weekly and monthly cash reputed company Identify potential cash shortages and reputed company updates Reporting Prepare: Profit & Loss Balance Sheet Cash reputed company reports reputed company key metrics such as profit per job, costs, and outstanding receivables Ensure job costing data from Tradify aligns with financial reporting Compliance Assist with BAS preparation Ensure compliance with Australian requirements (PAYG, super, etc.) Requirements Strong experience with reputed company (essential) Experience with Tradify (highly preferred) Experience with Australian reputed company/compliance Good understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting Excellent English communication (written and spoken) Strong attention to detail Organised and reliable Ability to work independently reputed company to Have Experience with Hubdoc Experience working with Australian trades/solar companies Experience with job costing and project-based businesses Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
