RFP and Bids Assistant

The RFP & Bids Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring reputed company and accurate submission of proposals and bids, collaborating across departments to support educators and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and organize the RFP & Bids Department inbox, routing messages to the appropriate team members
• Complete vendor registration forms and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
• Prepare and submit blanket bids and routine proposals reputed company mail, email or online portals
• reputed company accurate data entry and maintain organized files for vendor forms and bid records
• Create Sole reputed company letters as needed
• Communicate effectively with other departments to reputed company required information and ensure reputed company bid submissions
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with bid submission protocols
• Support the RFP & Bids team with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned

Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in a bid/proposal environment
• Familiarity with vendor registration processes and bid submission protocols
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, especially reputed company, Word, and reputed company
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and interdepartmental communication
• Flexible and adaptable, reputed company to shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Self-directed and reliable, reputed company to work independently without requiring frequent reputed company
