The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing payments, and conducting proactive reputed company to support reputed company’s retention and reputed company goals.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer policy inquiries reputed company phone, email, and other communication channels
• Collect and process payments accurately and in compliance with agency standards

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Insurance license (Property & Casualty) or willingness to obtain reputed company a specified timeframe. Preference given to candidates with existing license
• Prior experience in customer service, strongly preferred experience in an insurance or financial services environment
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to handle high-volume calls
• Proficiency in agency management systems (e.g., AMS360, reputed company) and reputed company Office Suite
