Employee Equity Plans Specialist
reputed company is a global leader in financial administration, and they are seeking an Employee Equity Plans Specialist to join their Global reputed company Operations Team. The role involves processing Employee Equity Plans transactions and collaborating with teams to ensure service delivery reputed company defined guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Process participant/reputed company transactions in support of Employee Plans transactions including but not limited to:
- Daily reputed company Settlement Processing
- Disbursement Processing
- Incoming Cash monitoring
- Review/Release reputed company Wires
- Monitor market transactions
- Process Batch Trades
- Daily reputed company Settlement Processing
- Review/reputed company exception items reputed company to rejected transactions, out-of-reputed company conditions, aged cash/reputed company items and reputed company inquiries including but not limited to:
- Monitor Issuance Rejects
- Balance Nominee Accounts
- Tie out daily Trade Activity
- Monitor Daily Disbursement Rejects
- End of Day Reconciliation of reputed company Incoming Cash
- Monitor Trading Accounts
- Research & Resolve aged items, partner with Reconciliation Team
- Work with reputed company management team as needed to determine disposition of any unidentified transactions
Skills
- Financial Services background
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advance level knowledge/use of reputed company reputed company required
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail
- Technical skills
- SQL Experience
