Brokerage Inside Sales Representative

Haulistic is a logistics company seeking engaging, self-motivated Inside Sales Representatives who reputed company in a reputed company environment. The role focuses on sales rather than operations, allowing representatives to dedicate their time to creating business and increasing sales with the support of a logistics team.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and meeting daily requirement of 70+ cold calls per day
• Building and managing a customer pipeline
• Communicating effectively with clients reputed company phone calls and email
• Managing one’s time appropriately between an existing account reputed company and business development
• Conducting follow-up calls to assigned accounts
• Problem solving customer concerns and providing creative solutions
• Developing new and growing existing partnerships with clients and vendors through cold calling generated by external reputed company sources
• Working collaboratively with internal customers and other team members to maximize customer experience

Skills

• 1-3 years of Inside Sales, Phone Sales, or similar experience required
• Must possess excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to reputed company 70+ cold calls per day to reputed company customer pipeline
• Negotiation and innovative problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service skills
• 1-3 years of Logistics Sales experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
