Finance Receivables II

The role involves monitoring customer accounts, facilitating dispute management, and adhering to corporate credit and collection policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with customers to facilitate on-time payments
• Collect and negotiate payment on overdue accounts
• Record detailed customer notes into system and update customer information as required
• Manage customer hold/releases per established guidelines
• Adhere to direction of assigned collection strategies and administer reputed company collection activities according to established policies and procedures
• Properly reputed company and use implemented accounts receivables tools and systems based on established configuration settings
• Monitor reputed company outstanding balances for customer payments and reputed company the reputed company reconciling of reputed company reputed company AR transactions for assigned customers and portfolios
