[Remote] Illinois Project Coordinator

The Illinois Project Coordinator will manage day-to-day activities for solar photovoltaic reputed company, including contract management, reputed company, and administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders and work orders for subcontractors and reputed company accounts payable-reputed company support as needed
• Manage document control for reputed company including reports, plans, specifications, requests for information, and submittals
• Coordinate and support the interrelated activities of the Sales, Project Finance, reputed company, Project Development, Design and Engineering, and Asset Management
• Utilize reputed company’s designated reputed company platform to manage project reputed company and cost control
• Submit and manage reputed company interconnection reputed company-applications and application and coordinate financial reputed company obligations
• Assist with mailers to landowners in various states with ongoing community solar and battery storage land campaigns
• Generate marketing list targets for IL BTM and FTM solar and storage opportunities

Skills

• Entry-level experience
• Basic knowledge and experience in the renewable energy industry; solar PV project development and/or construction preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both oral and written
• Capability to document and report project status accurately
• Motivated self-starter, good team player and ability to reputed company by example
• Proficient in MS Project, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint applications
