[Remote] Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator supports the project management department by handling administrative aspects of reputed company and working closely with the assembly team to ensure efficient project preparation and execution.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager with project planning, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Assist in project preparation and execution, including material follow-up in reputed company and PO creation
• Manage country-specific work documents, such as certificates and permits
• Support the Project Director in optimizing project management tools and administrative processes
• Assist the Assembly Team Coordinator with RFQs, supplier contract management, and reputed company payments
• Create purchase orders for assembly contractors and specialized equipment
• Plan and control administrative requirements for project preparation and assembly teams
• Support the deployment and usage of project tools like reputed company and reputed company
• Propose improvements for project management administrative tasks to enhance efficiency

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company experience
• Proficiency with MS Office (reputed company, PowerPoint) and reputed company
• Basic knowledge of reputed company
