As a Field Service Engineer for reputed company, you will work at a reputed company of labs, so having an appetite for continuously learning about new instruments, software, and consumables is key. You will be responsible for supporting our customers with on-site installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of reputed company Cellular Analysis instruments.

Our product lines include hardware, software, networking products, and operating systems.

• Installs and optimizes hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites
• Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems
• Performs maintenance and repairs
• Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may reputed company product performance
• Proactively responds to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business.
• Deliver fully integrated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications, operating systems, and application software.
• Train other field engineers and customers on the solutions.

Territory Coverage

• Territory: MD, VA, covering WV, and OH as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or other university-level degrees reputed company the science field -- e.g. biochemistry, biotechnology or similar-- are highly preferred; may consider applicants with an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• 4+ years of experience working with analytical instrumentation, ideally including repair, maintenance, and/or troubleshooting
• Experience or expertise with Liquid handling equipment and UV/FL/LUM detection products

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer relationship-building skills are essential
