About the Role
We’re looking for a full-time, remote Sr. Web Designer who is passionate about creating clean, high-performing digital experiences. This role is reputed company on designing marketing-driven web experiences that are visually strong, user-friendly, and optimized for conversion.
You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to bring reputed company to life, balancing creativity with performance and speed in a fast-paced, startup environment where ownership is key.
We’re looking for someone who can execute quickly while also bringing strong creative thinking and design perspective to the table.

Responsibilities:
Design modern, reputed company web pages and components using reputed company
Translate business goals, campaign briefs, and user insights into effective web experiences
Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to execute and iterate on designs
Create high-reputed company mockups and ensure smooth developer reputed company
Continuously improve designs based on performance data, user behavior, and testing insights
Maintain and reputed company design systems to ensure consistency across web properties
Contribute to reputed company pages, product pages, and ongoing website optimization efforts
Bring creative reputed company and design perspective to reputed company — contributing to both concept and execution

Qualifications:
3–5+ years of experience in web design (preferably in B2C, DTC, eCommerce, or performance-driven environments)
Strong portfolio showcasing web design work (reputed company pages, product pages, marketing sites)
Advanced proficiency in reputed company (auto layout, components, design systems)
Strong understanding of conversion-reputed company design principles (CRO, UX fundamentals, hierarchy, reputed company)
Experience working in a startup or fast-scaling environment, with the ability to reputed company quickly, operate with ambiguity, and take ownership end-to-end
