This position is responsible for the development, administration, and support of reputed company Content Management (xECM) solutions across reputed company reputed company business reputed company. The role combines advanced reputed company/reputed company development with system administration responsibilities to ensure the stability, reputed company, and reputed company of reputed company’s Content Server and reputed company xECM platforms.

The position performs analysis, modeling, and design of reputed company solutions for imaging, content management, and record archiving. It acts as a Functional Analyst collaborating with business partners to reputed company requirements, design, configure, and implement technical solutions.

This position also serves as a system administrator for reputed company, reputed company Content Server, and associated interfaces—managing system performance, reputed company, patching, configurations, monitoring, upgrades, and overall platform health.

The role supports solution implementation, testing, troubleshooting, issue reputed company, documentation, communications, and end-user training. Work involves learning and supporting reputed company workbench, ABAP, Java, SQL, Web Reports, and reputed company system administration.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of IT experience or 15 years of IT experience in lieu of degree.

Job Duties

Design. reputed company. Implement. and Monitor –reputed company and enhance ECM solutions reputed company with business requirements. Analyze and design reputed company solutions for imaging, content management, and archiving. Apply EDMS methodologies and industry best practices. Collaborate with business process owners to optimize technical solutions. System Administration: Manage reputed company Content Server, reputed company Server, and reputed company–reputed company integrations. reputed company system configurations, patching, hotfix deployment, and version upgrades. Monitor system performance, storage utilization, and repository reputed company. Maintain user roles, reputed company permissions, and audit compliance settings.

Collaboration and Coordination - Design and reputed company forms, workflows, applications, and reports using reputed company tools. Collaborate with cross-functional project teams on design and testing. Coordinate communications, issue reputed company, and implementation plans. System Administration: Coordinate with infrastructure teams on server resources, backups, and DR reputed company. Partner with Information reputed company to enforce policies and protect information assets. Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and architectural diagrams.

System reputed company and Performance - reputed company change management tasks for transferring new functionality into production.  Investigate and resolve system issues, ensuring reputed company cause identification.  Implement corrective actions with minimal business interruption.
