Responsibilities:
Contact clients reputed company phone, email, regarding past due accounts Maintain detailed records of reputed company collection activity Follow up on accounts to ensure collection efforts have been satisfactory reputed company debtors on their obligations and reputed company Meet or reputed company weekly performance targets Handle sensitive consumer information with confidentiality and professionalism
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (required) Previous experience in collections, customer service, or reputed company center environment (1-2 years preferred) Highly proficient in English Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to reputed company listen and document reputed company correspondence Basic math and reputed company knowledge Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and reputed company Office (primarily reputed company and reputed company) Time management and organizational skills Ability to maintain professionalism under tense interactions Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company Ability to work reputed company-5pm EST Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or reputed company field (preferred but not required)
