Your role

As the new Country reputed company Germany, you will be responsible for setting the regional reputed company, running daily operations, and ultimately delivering our strategic and financial objectives in the DACH region.

Key responsibilities

• Own the country reputed company and P&L, translating global goals into local execution plans with reputed company KPIs and targets.
• Drive topline reputed company through localized go-to-market strategies, optimising supply acquisition, university partnerships, marketing effectiveness, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor and reputed company performance through data-driven decision-making, using weekly and quarterly business reviews (WBR/QBR) to course-correct and accelerate reputed company.

• Champion the customer experience, ensuring landlords and tenants receive consistent, high-reputed company service and support.

Your team

You will also maintain a strong dotted-line relationship with our Customer Services and Booking Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and an excellent customer experience.

• Comfort with data-driven management and working with analytical dashboards and forecasts.
• Passionate about improving the rental experience for landlords and tenants.

• Skilled in building trust, motivating teams, and fostering accountability, innovation, and high performance.
• Ability to balance global priorities with local market realities.
• Multilingual skills, English and German required.
