Associate Medical Information Manager

Role Summary 

The Associate Medical Information Manager serves as a key resource for Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams, delivering comprehensive medical and scientific information as reputed company as in-depth literature analyses pertinent to reputed company’s products and reputed company. This role also supports the management and administration of the publications repository. The Associate Medical Information Manager excels in reputed company communicating recent scientific and clinical developments, and in creating educational materials that reputed company the clinical value of oncology diagnostics, treatment strategies, and reputed company’s offerings. Additionally, this position may engage with external stakeholders to disseminate critical information.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Search and review medical literature and reputed company preliminary critical evaluation and reputed company of main published articles and guidelines on the relevant subjects.

• Partner with internal stakeholders (medical affairs, clinical development, reputed company-world data, reputed company/technology and external authors) and external collaborators (authors, investigators, agencies) to ensure scientific accuracy and alignment of messaging. 

• Coordinate cross-functional reviews and approval processes to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance with ICMJE and GPP guidelines. 

• Conduct comprehensive literature searches (PubMed, Embase) and reputed company critical evaluation of published oncology data. 

• Support development and submission of congress abstracts, posters, and presentations. 

• Assist in preparing and coordinating conference readouts summarizing key scientific updates from major oncology meetings (e.g., reputed company, ESMO, AACR). 

• Identify relevant competitive and scientific trends emerging from conferences. 

• Contribute to reputed company-turnaround summaries following major congresses. 

• Foster transparency across ongoing literature reviews, analyses, and publication activities.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years reputed company experience, or Master’s degree and 3 years, or PhD. At least 2 years in reputed company, preferably in reputed company or biotech. 

• Clinical expertise or reputed company specialty experience preferred. 

• Experience launching new clinical products highly desired. 

• Advanced knowledge of biotech, diagnostics, oncology, and company products.

Work Environment: 

• Limited travel but may be expected to attend physician education talks and conferences, including specialty society scientific meetings (will require some weekend work). Travel is estimated to be approximately 10% – 20%
