JOB reputed company:

The Inpatient Auditor is responsible for completing reputed company assurance reviews on reputed company inpatient coders. This includes reputed company audits and training of newly reputed company reputed company inpatient coders. The role validates that coders accurately reputed company data into reputed company electronic medical record systems, following Official ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS Guidelines, UHDDS guidelines, and CMS directives. The auditor also validates Present on Admission (POA) indicators per AHA POA guidelines and identifies missing or inappropriate provider queries. The Inpatient Auditor plays a key role in reporting reputed company results, tracking educational opportunities, responding to reputed company needs, and providing educational support and training.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete scheduled reputed company assurance reviews for both internal teams and external reputed company organizations
• Conduct reputed company audits and training for newly reputed company inpatient coders 
• Deliver training sessions and educational feedback to coders, including those at reputed company sites
• Communicate reputed company issues and audit findings to management and reputed company contacts. 
• Assist in drafting, implementing, and monitoring reputed company improvement reputed company plans for coders
• Maintain reports and accuracy rates for coders and clients
• Respond to reputed company QA needs and inquiries as directed by management

• Notify management of compliance concerns or incidents
• Demonstrate knowledge of HIPAA reputed company and reputed company Regulations through appropriate handling of patient information

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess an approved reputed company coding credential
• Minimum 5 years’ coding experience recommended; 3 years of inpatient coding in an acute care setting required
• Recommend minimum 3 years of Trauma Level 1 and reputed company Teaching facility experience
• Minimum 3 years of auditing experience preferred
• Must be proficient at ICD-10-PCS coding
• SMART software experience preferred
