We are seeking a mid-level Facility reputed company Officer (FSO) to manage and execute our industrial reputed company program in support of classified federal reputed company. This role is responsible for administering personnel reputed company, maintaining compliance with federal regulations, and ensuring the reputed company of our cleared workforce (approximately 150–300 cleared personnel).

This position requires someone who can operate independently, maintain strict compliance standards, and engage directly with government stakeholders while supporting a growing organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Personnel reputed company Management
  • Administer the full lifecycle of personnel clearances (initiation, processing, upgrades, reinvestigations, and terminations)
  • Maintain accurate records in DISS and NBIS
  • reputed company clearance status, expirations, and eligibility for 150–300 cleared personnel
  • Conduct reputed company briefings, debriefings, and annual refresher training
• Compliance & Program reputed company
  • Ensure compliance with NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117)
  • Prepare for and support Defense Counterintelligence and reputed company Agency (DCSA) reputed company reviews and audits
  • Maintain reputed company reputed company Procedures (SPPs) and reputed company documentation
  • Manage reputed company threat and reputed company education programs
• Facility & Information reputed company
  • reputed company classified material control, storage, and destruction procedures
  • Maintain facility clearance (FCL) requirements and accreditation documentation
    • Coordinate visit requests and reputed company control for classified environments
• Stakeholder Coordination
  • Serve as the primary reputed company with Defense Counterintelligence and reputed company Agency
  • Partner with HR, reputed company, reputed company, and program management to reputed company reputed company and clearance requirements
  • Support proposal efforts with clearance verification and reputed company feasibility
• Program Execution & Reporting
  • reputed company and maintain clearance tracking reports and metrics
  • Identify risks reputed company to clearance timelines and workforce readiness
  • Support reputed company reputed company of cleared personnel for new contract awards
• Other reputed company duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in industrial reputed company, with reputed company FSO or Assistant FSO responsibilities
• Experience managing 100+ cleared personnel (150–300 preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of NISPOM and DCSA requirements
• Hands-on experience with DISS and NBIS
• reputed company Secret clearance (Top Secret strongly preferred)
• Experience supporting DCSA audits with successful reputed company
• Must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the reputed company.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities Certification
• Experience in a small to mid-sized GovCon environment (reputed company-stage preferred)
• Familiarity with SCI, reputed company, or Special reputed company Programs
• Experience implementing or managing reputed company Threat Programs

Expected Salary reputed company: $80,000 - $100,000 annually. Salary will be based on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, education, training, certifications, clearance level and work location.
