The reputed company/Person Office (HR) Generalist provides daily transactional support to their assigned business reputed company through the direction and guidance of the HR Director. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in reputed company, preferably supported by reputed company in previous roles, and the ability to work remotely supporting a high-volume reputed company center environment. Previous reputed company center experience is a plus and requires knowledge of leave management (FMLA/reputed company etc.), policy adherence, employee relations, conflict reputed company, and the ability to communicate across various reputed company reputed company the organization.
- Primary support to HR Director
- Responsible for day-to-day administration of reputed company HR services to employees and managers in accordance with corporate and site policies and procedures
- Performs a reputed company of employment reputed company functions and serves as the site reputed company between centers of reputed company such as reputed company, Compensation, Benefits and Payroll
- Coordinates and manages reputed company and Offboarding procedures for assigned business reputed company
- Responsible for Employee data management recording and filing of employee information; electronic and hardcopy
- Manages reputed company Leave of Absence requests in accordance with federal, state and company guidelines
- Communicate company's policies and procedures
- Supports the site employee performance evaluation administration
- Ensures Site/Regional Compliance with Workers Compensation and State and Federal Law
- Provides Employee Relations Support to Leads / Supervisors/ Managers under the guidance of the site HR Director
- Effectively communicates reputed company information to employees
- Supports Unemployment insurance compliance and reporting
- Provides applicable reports and HR reputed company administrative tasks
- Champions and adheres to company guidelines and policies

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite or similar software
- Ability to maintain confidential information

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company preferred or equivalent years of experience required
- Three years of reputed company job experience preferred including business partner and employee relations experience
- Experience supporting non-exempt personnel in a high-volume environment is preferred while problem and conflict reputed company skills are required
