Product Writer

We’re looking for a Product Writer with 5+ years of experience who can craft sharp, effective product and marketing copy in a fast-scaling environment. In this role, you’ll help shape how users experience Zeely across product flows, lifecycle touchpoints, and marketing surfaces — making the product clearer, stronger, and more effective at every step.

Zeely AI is an all-in-one AI marketing platform that helps small businesses and marketing teams grow faster and achieve their goals through high-performing content and automation. Our platform enables users to create ad creatives, UGC videos, viral content, banners, and more, as well as launch effective paid and organic campaigns across Meta channels.

What you’ll need to join us:

• 5+ years of experience in product writing, UX writing, copywriting, or content design for digital products;

• Proven experience writing clear, effective interface copy for web and/or mobile products;

• Strong product thinking and the ability to adapt tone and messaging across product flows, lifecycle touchpoints, Help Center content, and CRM communications;

• Experience creating both product and marketing copy, with an understanding of how writing supports user experience, conversion, and retention;

• Familiarity with fast-changing digital products, ideally in SaaS, AI, MarTech, or other high-growth environments;

• A strong English-language portfolio is highly preferred;

• Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).

What you’ll be doing:

• Write clear, effective product copy across Zeely’s key user touchpoints, including web and mobile product flows;

• Create and improve interface copy, onboarding flows, Help Center content, and other user-facing materials across the platform;

• Contribute to lifecycle and CRM communications, including emails and other retention-focused content;

• Collaborate on marketing and promotional copy that supports conversion, engagement, and growth;

• Continuously improve existing content based on product updates, user behavior, and performance insights;

• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Design, Marketing, CRM, and Frontend, to ensure consistency and impact across all content surfaces.
